Delivery frequency

This is a monthly subscription only. You will be charged on the first of the month and the coffee will be delivered within 7 days. We send email reminders before your charge and you can cancel or skip any time you like.

We ship weekly on Wednesday or Thursday, with most orders arriving within 1–4 days depending on location. Most customers receive their coffee within 2 days of dispatch.

Grind options

Choose the grind that best suits your brewing setup:

Whole Bean – best if you have your own grinder
Aeropress – ideal for immersion brewing with shorter brew times
Plunger – suited to longer immersion brewing
Pour Over – ideal for brewers like the Hario V60
Batch Brew – slightly coarser for larger filter brewers
Cold Brew – medium-coarse for long steep times

Payment Details

Initial payment

Your card will be charged on the day you sign up and your first order will be shipped in the next available dispatch cycle - There is one dispatch day every fortnight.

Recurring payments

After your first payment all recurring payments will be scheduled for Monday as per the frequency you selected. You can see all upcoming charges scheduled within your customer portal. Click the account icon in the top right to log in.

Pause, Skip or Cancel payments

From your customer portal you may pause, skip or cancel your your subscription at any time.

Delivery cycle

We ship subscriptions on a weekly basis every thursday. After your initial payment your subscription will be sent in the next available cycle. After that all further recurring payments will be scheduled for Monday as per the delivery frequency you selected upon signing up. You can see all upcoming charges scheduled within your customer portal. Click the account icon in the top right to log in.

Subscription Management

Once you've purchased a coffee subscription that suits you, you'll be able to log into your customer portal. Click the account icon in the top right corner of the page.

There you can pause, skip deliveries, swap products and add one time purchases to your upcoming deliveries.

What size coffee subscription do I need?

This all depends on your consumption and whether you are sharing it with anyone else at home.

Our Small (225g) coffee subscription will get you around 1 coffee per day for 2 weeks. As you move up in sizes you are just doubling the amount.

What frequency should I select?

This depends whether you're going for maximum variety of coffees or keeping your costs down. As we feature a new coffee roaster every fortnight you will get the most variety of roasters and coffee beans with a 2 week frequency. And, If you were to buy a large coffee subscription with a 6 week frequency you would certainly save a few dollars.

When is the coffee roasted?

Every coffee roaster has a slightly different schedule, however we aim to have the coffee leaving Allways Coffee HQ around 4-5 days after roast so it arrives to you at the perfect time to get brewing.

Can I customise my subscription?

There are so many ways to update and edit your coffee subscription.

You can pause or skip deliveries, change roast style, change the amount of coffee, change the frequency of deliveries, change grind preferences and even add one off purchases to your upcoming deliveries.
