Do I need a discount code?

No! If you’re an active Allways Coffee subscriber, the 25% off gear discount applies automatically at checkout — no codes, no special links, no extra steps.

What exactly does "for life" mean?

“For life” means as long as your subscription is active.
If you pause or cancel your subscription, the member pricing pauses too. Once you’re subscribed again, the discount turns back on.

Does it work on coffee beans too?

Member Prices is exclusively a coffee gear perk — so the 25% discount applies to grinders, brewers, filters, scales, accessories, etc.

What if I cancel or pause my sub?

If you pause or cancel your subscription, the member gear prices will stop applying until you’re active again. Once you restart your subscription, the 25% gear pricing kicks back in automatically.

Returns Policy

If your item is faulty please be in touch ASAP with proof of fault. Anything beyond 14 days of purchase we cannot guarantee a refund or exchange.
