Word of mouth is
the whole plan.
We are a small operation sending coffee from independent Adelaide roasters around the country. We cannot outspend the supermarket brands on advertising, and we are not going to try.
What actually works is someone telling their mate the coffee is good. This is us saying thanks for doing that.

Who can actually use my link?
Anyone who has not ordered from us before. If they already have an Allways account the $15 will not apply, which is the one boring rule the whole thing depends on.
Is there a limit on how many people I refer?
No. Refer one person or thirty. Every one of them who orders puts another $15 in your account.
When does my credit show up?
Once their order ships, not when they place it. Usually a day or two. You will get an email when it lands.
How do I spend it?
You do not have to do anything. The credit applies automatically at your next checkout, including on a subscription renewal. If you have more than $15 banked it will keep applying until it runs out.
Does the credit expire?
Yes, 12 months from the day it lands. Which is a long time to not drink coffee.
Can they stack it with another discount code?
No. One discount per order. If they have a code they like better they are welcome to use it, but the referral will not track and no credit comes back to you.
What if their order gets refunded or cancelled?
The credit gets pulled back. Not trying to be difficult, it is just the only way this works without turning into a maths problem.

Referral rewards are available to Allways Coffee account holders. The $15 discount applies to first orders from new customers only, on a minimum spend of $28, and cannot be combined with other discount codes. Referrer credit is issued as store credit after the referred order ships, is valid for 12 months, and is not redeemable for cash. Credit is reversed if the referred order is cancelled or refunded. Self-referrals and duplicate accounts do not qualify. We may change or end the program at any time.
