Espresso or filter, which do I pick?

Espresso roast suits machines, moka pots and milk drinks, it's built to taste strong enough to cut through milk. Filter roast is usually lighter and suits pour over, plunger, AeroPress and batch brew, keeping the brighter, fruitier notes. Tell us how you brew and we match it.

Whole bean or ground?

Whole bean if you have a grinder, always fresher. Ground if you don't, just tell us your brew method so we grind it right. A wrong grind size is the fastest way to a disappointing cup.

Subscription or one-off bag?

Subscription rotates you through 14 Adelaide roasters and gives you 25% off gear. One-off is a single bag, no commitment. Both are the same fresh coffee, shipped direct from the roaster.

How fresh is it, really?
