Single Origin Subscription:
Brighten your morning at home or the office with our single origin coffee subscription. This set-and-forget service delivers fresh beans every 2, 4, or 6 weeks, showcasing unique flavors from around the world. Available in both filter and espresso roast profiles, suitable for all brewing methods. These coffes are best enjoyed black to enjoy the distinct characteristics of each origin. Sustainably sourced with zero-waste packaging, we feature coffee from 12 different Adelaide roasters.

-Roasted and manufactured in Adelaide, Australia by various local coffee roasters.

Why such unusual sizes? Shipping providers have tiered pricing based on default weights. The majority of providers offer 500g, 1kg. To keep our prices lower for you we need to ensure we dont breach these weight limits.

Roast: 
Filter roast is roasted light and ideal for brewing methods such as Pour over, Aeropress, Plunger, Batch brew. Buying this for your espresso machine is not recommended.

Espresso roast is roasted dark enough to be extracted using an espresso machine but still light enough to enjoy the coffee's unique characteristics.

How Often: We ship every week on a Wednesday or Thursday. delivery times are 1-4 days. Most customers have their coffee within 2 days after shipping.

Grind: Choose a grind type that suits your brewing set-up.
Whole bean - Coffee beans come unground. Choose this if you own a grinder. 
Espresso - Finely ground, suitable for most home espresso machines. 
Stove Top - Slightly coarser than espresso. Suitable for stovetop espresso espresso makers (moka pot) and reusable pods
Aeropress - Close to a table salt consistency. Ideal for any Immersion brewing methods with faster brew times
Plunger - Slightly coarser than Aeropress ideal for longer immersion brew times.
Pour Over - Coarser than plunger, ideal for brewers like a hario v60

Batch brew - Coarser than pour over because of the larger dose associated with using a batch brewer.

Cold Brew - Similar to batch brew. A medium-coarse setting that is ideal for a 14-16 hour brew time.

Payment Details

Initial payment

Your card will be charged on the day you sign up and your first order will be shipped in the next available dispatch cycle - There is one dispatch day every fortnight. 

Recurring payments

After your first payment all recurring payments will be scheduled for Monday as per the frequency you selected. You can see all upcoming charges scheduled within your customer portal. Click the account icon in the top right to log in. 


Pause, Skip or Cancel payments

From your customer portal you may pause, skip or cancel your your subscription at any time.

Delivery cycle

We ship subscriptions on a weekly basis every thursday. After your initial payment your subscription will be sent in the next available cycle. After that all further recurring payments will be scheduled for Monday as per the delivery frequency you selected upon signing up. You can see all upcoming charges scheduled within your customer portal. Click the account icon in the top right to log in. 

Subscription Management

Once you've purchased a coffee subscription that suits you, you'll be able to log into your customer portal. Click the account icon in the top right corner of the page. 

There you can pause, skip deliveries, swap products and add one time purchases to your upcoming deliveries.

What size coffee subscription do I need?

This all depends on your consumption and whether you are sharing it with anyone else at home.

Our Small (225g) coffee subscription will get you around 1 coffee per day for 2 weeks. As you move up in sizes you are just doubling the amount. 

What frequency should I select?

This depends whether you're going for maximum variety of coffees or keeping your costs down. As we feature a new coffee roaster every fortnight you will get the most variety of roasters and coffee beans with a 2 week frequency. And, If you were to buy a large coffee subscription with a 6 week frequency you would  certainly save a few dollars.

When is the coffee roasted? 

Every coffee roaster has a slightly different schedule, however we aim to have the coffee leaving Allways Coffee HQ around 4-5 days after roast so it arrives to you at the perfect time to get brewing.

Can I customise my subscription?

There are so many ways to update and edit your coffee subscription. 

You can pause or skip deliveries, change roast style, change the amount of coffee, change the frequency of deliveries, change grind preferences and even add one off purchases to your upcoming deliveries.

I am a big fan of this subscription service. The coffee beans impress me every single time. I love the personal touch with the fold out info sheet, and really love the compostable products. I really look forward to my Allways delivery, however they could work on consistency with delivery times. I know you’ve been migrating to a new payment system so hopefully this is rectified!

Mike is an absolute legend of a human, and damn can he pick his coffee. It's great to have a variety of different roasters and beans hand picked on a regular basis taking all the work out of filtering through the thousands of roasters out there. Would highly recommend!
