One box, two coffees, both chosen by you. Half and Half splits 50/50 across your pick of the Blend, Single Origin Filter, Single Origin Espresso, or Decaf. Choose two of the same or mix it up, set the grind for each half or go whole bean, and it all comes freshly roasted from independent Adelaide roasters, rotating every fortnight.

Good fit if you want two coffees at once, like having options on hand, or share with someone who drinks differently to you. Maybe not if you'd rather a full bag of a single coffee than split it in two.

Sizing help +

250g: one person, one cup a day lasts 2 weeks.
500g: 2 cups a day for 2 weeks, or 1 a day for 4 weeks.
1kg: 2 cups a day lasts a whole month, best for couples and sharing.

Size can be changed anytime through your customer portal.

When will I get my first order? +

We roast one day a week. Order before Sunday midnight and your coffee ships that week, usually Thursday or Friday, and lands within a few days of roasting.

After that, it arrives on your chosen schedule. Pause, skip or cancel anytime from your account.

This fortnight it's Peninsula Coffee, a micro roastery in South Australia working on clean, expressive coffee and careful sourcing, under the tagline Bound by the Between. Four coffees land this release: a Brazil and Ethiopia seasonal blend, a single-producer Honduras as the espresso, a high-grown Mt Elgon Uganda as the filter, and a mountain water decaf.

What you're actually getting

Roaster
Rotates every fortnight. A different independent Adelaide roaster each release.
Roast date
Roasted to order. Shipped 1 to 3 days after roasting, and most arrive within 7 days of the roast date.
Roast level
our call, on both halves. The box splits 50/50 into two coffees you choose: the Blend, a Single Origin Filter, a Single Origin Espresso, or Decaf. So the roast depends entirely on what you pick. Want a milk-friendly blend on one side and a bright single origin on the other? Done.
Origins
From all over the world. Coffee is seasonal, so the origins shift through the year as different growing regions come into harvest. You might get an Ethiopian one fortnight and a Colombian or Guatemalan the next.
Delivery
Free across Australia. Orders placed by Sunday midnight ship Thursday or Friday.
Flavour
Whatever you want it to be. Because you pick both halves, the flavour is up to you, two of the same if you've found your thing, or two completely different coffees if you like variety in a single delivery. Mix a rich espresso roast with a bright filter, or keep one half decaf. Full notes come with every bag.

Match it to how you brew, or go whole bean.

Where do you deliver and how long does it take? +

Every roaster does things their own way, so now and then you'll get one that isn't your usual thing. Most people tell us that's how they found beans they'd never have picked and ended up loving. Yes to both.
Gift subscriptions run for a set number of deliveries and don't auto-renew, so there's no surprise charge later. Going away? Pause or skip a delivery from your portal and pick it back up whenever you're home.
