Shipping & Delivery

Shipping & Delivery

How your coffee actually gets to you, and why the timing matters more than most subscriptions let on.

How the cycle works

One roaster from our lineup roasts and packs the whole fortnight's orders. Orders close each Sunday, and we dispatch every Thursday, once in week one and once in week two of that roaster's fortnight, so coffee still goes out weekly even though the roaster stays the same for both weeks.

Your coffee isn't sitting pre-roasted in a warehouse waiting for a fortnight to tick over. It's roasted after your order goes in, then shipped straight from the roaster to you, every single week.

Missed the cutoff?

No dramas. Your order simply rolls into next week's roast run rather than shipping from a stale batch.

Cost and couriers

Shipping is free, Australia-wide, on every subscription order. We use Couriers Please, Aramex or AusPost depending on where you are and what gets it there fastest.

How long it takes

Transit time varies a little by state since roasting happens the same week as dispatch. As a rough guide, from dispatch:

Area Typical transit
SA metro 1 to 3 business days
Interstate metro 3 to 5 business days
Regional / remote 4 to 7 business days
