Shipping & Delivery
Shipping & Delivery
How your coffee actually gets to you, and why the timing matters more than most subscriptions let on.
The fortnightly cycle
Every subscription runs on a fortnightly cycle. Orders close each Sunday, and the roaster on rotation that fortnight roasts and packs your coffee fresh, then dispatches Thursday or Friday.
Your coffee isn't sitting pre-roasted in a warehouse waiting for a fortnight to tick over. It's roasted after your order goes in, then shipped straight from the roaster to you.
Missed the cutoff?
No dramas. Your order simply rolls into the next fortnight's roast run rather than shipping from a stale batch.
Cost and couriers
Shipping is free, Australia-wide, on every subscription order. We use Couriers Please, Aramex or AusPost depending on where you are and what gets it there fastest.
How long it takes
Transit time varies a little by state since roasting happens the same week as dispatch. As a rough guide, from dispatch:
| Area | Typical transit |
|---|---|
| SA metro | 1 to 3 business days |
| Interstate metro | 3 to 5 business days |
| Regional / remote | 4 to 7 business days |
