Bruer built the Spectrum range with an advanced fibre layering design, which is a fancy way of saying the paper is more consistent than most. Water moves through evenly instead of racing down one side and stalling on the other, so you get a more even extraction without much fuss.

The bit that matters day to day: no pre-wetting. The fibre process cuts the papery taste right down, so you can skip the rinse-and-dump ritual and just brew. They also hold back fines better than lighter papers, which means a cleaner cup with a bit more clarity.

Designed in Australia, Japanese-sourced paper, made in China. FSC certified and whitened with a chlorine-free process, so no bleach taste in your coffee.
