What is a coffee subscription?
A recurring delivery of freshly roasted coffee beans on a schedule you choose. Instead of buying coffee when you remember to, it turns up before you run out. With Allways, each delivery comes from a different independent Adelaide roaster, so you get variety alongside the convenience.
How fresh is the coffee when it arrives?
Coffee is roasted by our partner Adelaide roasters and shipped directly to you — we don't warehouse it or repack it. Most customers receive coffee within a few days of the roast date. We ship weekly on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Can I choose espresso or filter roast?
Yes. All main subscriptions let you choose. Espresso roast is developed further and works well on home espresso machines, moka pots, and for milk coffees. Filter roast is lighter and suits pour over, AeroPress, plunger, and batch brew. If you're not sure, espresso roast is the safer default for most home setups.
Can I pause or cancel?
Yes to both. Pause, skip a delivery, change your frequency, or cancel entirely from your customer portal. No lock-in period and no cancellation fee.
What size should I get?
One to two cups a day solo: 250g every two weeks or 500g every four weeks. Two cups a day for two people: 500g every two weeks or 1kg every four weeks. Three or more cups a day: 1kg every two to four weeks. Start smaller if unsure — you can adjust any time from your portal.
Do you ship to all states in Australia?
Yes. Free shipping to every state and territory — NSW, VIC, QLD, WA, SA, TAS, ACT, and NT. Most metro customers receive their order within 1–2 days of dispatch. Regional and remote areas may take 3–5 days depending on the carrier.

Are Adelaide roasters worth it compared to interstate roasters?
We're biased, but there's a genuine case to make. Adelaide has a strong independent specialty coffee scene that doesn't get the national attention of Melbourne or Sydney.
